Refund & Return Policy
You have 30 days upon reciveving of your purchase to return it for a full refund or exchange of equal value. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, such as damaged or missing parts due to fault of rough shipping and handling. If a replacement is available, one will be offered instead of a refund.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank a second time to see if the refund is pending.
If using a credit card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and return the item to us (we will give you the address when you email).
Shipping:
To return your product, contact us by email and we will give you the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time will vary to recieve your exchanged items.
In the case of shipping overcharges for getting multiple items, once your item ships you will recieve a partial refund based on the shipping charges that were not needed.
Defective or Damaged
Should you find you receive a defective or damaged item, send us an message with photographs of the defect so we can assess the damage. If granted, a replacement will be arranged. A refund will only be offered in the case that a replacement isn’t available, such as for one of a kind items.
